Part 1 - Saturday 9:30 to 12:30 Yang, Sunny Side Up. Dynamic Vinyasa workshop. Everything in this wonderful universe is subject to the laws of expansion and contraction, growth and dissolution, birth and death. We cannot choose one over the other. In the end, dying is not the problem, that we don't live life to the fullest is. Taoist philosophy teaches us to embrace this journey with everything it has to offer. This class is dedicated to celebrating the pulsation of life within us. Go deep under the surface to unveil this powerful truth and feel radiantly alive while dancing between hip openers, spinal twists and some fun arm-balancing poses. Prepare to be challenged by it, Prana runs wild when unleashed!
Part 2 - Saturday 14:00 to 16:00: Yin, Man on the Moon. Chill Yin/Restorative workshop. Yin energy help us move into stillness to find balance within ourselves, right at the center of our being. In this class, we'll delve into the deep teachings of this great masterpiece and explore concepts such as "acting without doing and working without effort" while releasing bodily tensions through long holding seated poses. Get ready to take it down and chill either way.
