Tap into your true power
Join Nico for a two-part Vinyasa style workshop focused on balanced actions and energy efficiency to help you become more present in your body and feel intensely alive. While attempting intermediate level poses for the sheer joy of it, we’ll pay close attention to proper integration and smooth transitions. There will be a partner work component that will help you gain bio-mechanical knowledge while supporting someone else to go above and beyond.
First session, 9:00 to 12:00
“Here is your body”
In this spine stability workshop you’ll learn how to make the most with what you’ve got to experience a radical expansion. Safe and sound instruction will be provided to use heart-opening poses to conquer fear and strengthen your determination.
Second session, 14:00 to 17:00
“Now is your time”
Do you want to learn the tricks to balancing on your hands? This workshop was designed for those looking to master arm balances and inversions - whether or not you can do them yet. Our core is the key that unlocks the gateway to these exciting poses. Come explore different techniques to access your core and deeply integrate your entire being. The result will be a feeling of suppleness, strength, lightness and power that you can bring into your daily life.

Light Me Up
Fire is an efficient purifier when we know how to tame the flame, for too much fire will burn us and too little won’t make a difference. The key is consistency and moderation. In this vinyasa class we'll explore efficient energy output and fluidity as we practice arm balancing poses and twists to purify the body and clear the mind.
Saturday July 6th, 18:00 to 19:15
One of the most powerful tools for transformation is developing earnest determination. To envision what we want is not enough, in order to make it happen we need a clear strategy, proper execution, staying focussed and never ever giving up. Are you ready to get to the core of it? In this steady-paced vinyasa class we’ll target all the muscles that support and give mobility to the midsection of our body. Get ready to be challenged!
Sunday July 7th, 16:00 to 17:30
Down to Earth
In this class with Nico you will learn an original sequence of seated poses called the Earth Salutation, that will leave your body calm and grounded. We’ll first go through this sequence one breath at the time and few times to warm the body up and then we’ll add variations and modifications to experience some of the many possibilities this sequence offers.
