Explore the structure and function of the deep stabilizing system—spine, pelvis, diaphragm, abdominals and more. Learn to identify dysfunctional patterns and activate the body’s natural intelligence for stability and efficient movement.

3. Pilates Exercises & Sequencing
Study a comprehensive repertoire of mat-based exercises with variations and prop use. Understand how to build smart, balanced classes for different levels and bodies.

📚 Required Reading
Please bring a copy of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, in English or French. This foundational yogic text, composed of 196 concise teachings, will provide the philosophical backbone of our training. Any translation is acceptable; Sri Swami Satchidananda and Chip Hartranft are both recommended versions.

⚡ Prerequisites
This training is designed for serious students with a regular movement practice who are ready to immerse themselves in the mechanics of the core. A background in yoga, fitness, or other body-based disciplines is recommended, along with a solid understanding of English. You may join with or without the intention to teach.
