the yin way
60hr yin teacher training
Come home to stillness. Teach from depth. Embody the path of surrender.
The Yin Way is a transformative journey into the essence of Yin Yoga—its anatomical intelligence, energetic sensitivity, and profound philosophical roots. This training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who are ready to explore the quieter, subtler dimensions of yoga and discover the healing art of holding space.
Through stillness and presence, this course will guide you in the art of doing less to feel more. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the connective tissues that shape the body, learn how to support their healthy function, and create meaningful Yin sequences that nourish the nervous system and the soul.
At the heart of the training is the Tao Te Ching—a poetic, powerful text that reveals the way of nature, the wisdom of balance, and the quiet strength of surrender.
