connect summer retreat
Joy, wisdom & light
with
Joy Meyer, Sofia Dubois & Nico Luce
Connect is a retreat born from human connection, friendship and yoga as a universal language of the heart.
Three Argentinian yoga teachers and friends come together to offer a vibrant, deep and joyful week where movement becomes a true space for connection — with yourself, with others and with the essence of being alive.
Connect is a space of kindness, laughter, dedicated practice and a gentle invitation to meet and understand your inner self more profoundly.
Every morning from 8:30 to 10:30, Sofia and Joanna guide a dynamic vinyasa practice — creative, powerful and fluid. Their classes explore breath, strength, mobility, freedom and the pure joy of movement. It is an embodied, living yoga that awakens energy, presence and the pleasure of inhabiting your body fully.
In the evenings, Nico Luce offers a space of exploration, depth and integration.
These evening sessions alternate throughout the week, and may include:
• a yin yoga class,
• a partner acro yoga session, and
• an inversions workshop taught collaboratively by Nico Luce, Sofia and Joy.
Each evening holds its own intention — to soften, to play, to challenge, to release, to inquire — always inviting you to ground, to reconnect, and to return to what truly matters.
The retreat is enriched with shared experiences such as a cacao ceremony, time in nature, rest by the pool, and evenings of connection, reflection and joy.
Connect is a joyful, vibrant and heart-centered retreat — a space to reconnect with your body, your breath, each other, and the luminosity of life. A week to move, feel, laugh, slow down, play, rest and create meaningful connections in a beautiful and caring environment.
Open to anyone with a basic yoga practice who wishes to deepen their journey, explore movement with freedom and presence, and experience genuine human connection — with others and with oneself.
Situated in the department of Haute-Garonne, one hour from Toulouse and its international airport, Château Rieucazé is nestled at the top of a hill, offering captivating views of the valley and the Pyrenées mountains to the south. Located on the edge of a tiny village, the main house is backed by a courtyard of eighteenth century barns and enjoys 10 acres of park and gardens ensuring complete privacy.
The historic château was constructed in 1786, just 3 years prior to the outbreak of the French Revolution, belonging to the family of the Comte Du Pac until 1960. The property encompasses a sprawling park with gardens designed under different themes: French, English, Asian and Mediterranean. The grounds also includes a large pond where koi fish and wild ducks swim, a salt-water pool, a handmade mosaic Hammam, a weight room and a large greenhouse.
The château can host up to 14 people in 8 rooms, with either private or shared bathrooms. The interiors of the house have been meticulously restored, preserving numerous period features, including intricate plasterwork, marble fireplaces, wainscotting and beautifully detailed hardwood floors throughout the main rooms. The house has been artfully revived to recapture its authentic charm and elegance, balanced with modern elements and imbuing it with the enduring ambiance of a genuine home.
