Turn your world upside down
15 hour Vinyasa Inversion Immersion

This immersive weekend is designed for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to build a safe, intelligent, and sustainable inversion practice. Rather than chasing advanced poses, we'll develop the foundations that make inversions feel lighter, stronger, and more accessible.

Through a combination of biomechanics, anatomy, progressive Vinyasa sequencing, and plenty of hands-on practice, you'll learn not only how to invert, but why your body moves the way it does.

Each session begins with an exploration of anatomy and movement principles before translating those concepts directly into an extended Vinyasa practice.

Friday Evening 18:00 to 21:00

Building the Foundations

We'll establish the essential principles of inversion practice:

  • Core integration

  • Hand and foot mechanics

  • Weight distribution

  • Shoulder stability

  • Balance and proprioception

The perfect foundation for everything that follows.

Saturday Morning 9:00 to 12:00

Handstand

Discover an intelligent approach to handstand by developing shoulder integration, efficient alignment, balance, confidence, and endurance through progressive drills and flowing Vinyasa practice.

Saturday Afternoon 13:30 to 16:30

Headstand

Explore safe cervical alignment, different headstand variations, intelligent entries, and techniques that help transform headstand from a pose you survive into one you can comfortably sustain.

Sunday Morning 9:00 to 12:00

Arm Balances

A playful exploration of asymmetrical arm balances, combining hip mobility, twists, core strength, and creative Vinyasa transitions that unlock some of yoga's most rewarding poses.

Sunday Afternoon 13:30 to 16:30

Yin Yoga & Breathwork

We finish the weekend by slowing everything down.

Through breathwork and a deeply restorative Yin practice, we'll release the shoulders, mobilize the thoracic spine, prepare the body for Shoulderstand and Plow, regulate the nervous system, and integrate the work of the previous days.

What You'll Learn

  • Intelligent biomechanics for inversions

  • Shoulder integration and stability

  • Core activation and body awareness

  • Safe progressions for Handstand and Headstand

  • Creative Arm Balance transitions

  • Mobility for shoulders, spine, and hips

  • Practical anatomy you can immediately apply

  • How to develop a sustainable inversion practice that continues long after the weekend

Whether you're just beginning your inversion journey or looking to refine an existing practice, this weekend will give you the tools, confidence, and understanding to approach inversions with greater ease, intelligence, and joy.
