Lausanne, Switzerland - 60hr Yin Teacher Training

  • Nueva Luna Yoga 6 Place Saint-François Lausanne, VD, 1003 Switzerland (map)

THE YIN WAY
60-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program

Join Nico Luce for a transformative journey into the world of Yin Yoga. This 60-hour teacher training program offers an immersion into the art of slowing down, deepening into stillness, and exploring the body’s connective tissues as pathways to holistic well-being. Through Yin Yoga, participants will cultivate an understanding of the subtle structures that support our bodies and learn to apply intentional stress to these tissues, helping to keep them flexible and balanced.

Throughout this program, you will:

  • Develop the skills to create safe and effective Yin and restorative sequences.

  • Expand your teaching vocabulary to describe the full spectrum of sensations that arise in passive postures.

  • Infuse your classes with meaning and themes inspired by Taoist philosophy.

  • Foster a compassionate, grounded presence that enhances the experience for your students.

For those who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training, this program’s credits can be applied toward Luce Yoga’s 300-hour certification. Additionally, the training qualifies for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) with Yoga Alliance.
