MASTER OF MOVEMENT, DISCIPLE OF STILLNESS
A 2-Hour Yin-Yang Journey with Nico Luce
Sunday, October 18 · 3:00–5:00 PM
The Flow Milano · Milan
Join Nico Luce for a transformative two-hour Yin-Yang practice exploring the delicate balance between movement and stillness, strength and softness, effort and surrender.
We will begin with one hour of dynamic Vinyasa, awakening the body through strong, fluid, breath-led movement. Drawing on Taoist principles, we will explore how strength can arise from softness and how conscious transitions can transform movement into a moving meditation.
From this active Yang practice, we will gradually shift toward the quiet, receptive quality of Yin Yoga.
The second hour will invite you to slow down, release effort, and explore longer-held postures, allowing the body and mind to settle into a deeper state of awareness and stillness.
This Yang-to-Yin journey offers an opportunity to experience these complementary energies within a single practice — cultivating strength and vitality before turning inward toward softness, surrender, and restoration.
We will explore:
1 hour of dynamic, breath-led Vinyasa
Strong yet fluid transitions
Taoist principles of Yin and Yang
The relationship between effort and surrender
1 hour of Yin Yoga
The balance between strength and softness
Movement as meditation
Stillness as an active practice
“The soft overcomes the hard,
the slow overcomes the fast.”
Come move, breathe, slow down, and discover what becomes possible when Yang gives way to Yin.
Let’s walk this path together.
