This dynamic Vinyasa class celebrates the yang aspect of practice: strength, expression, rhythm, and vitality. Rooted in Taoist philosophy, the class explores how to move with precision and power while remaining fluid and responsive.
Expect:
intelligent sequencing with strong yet adaptable transitions
breath-led movement and refined alignment
hip openers, spinal mobility, twists, and playful arm balances
Rather than pushing harder, we’ll explore how effort becomes effortless when movement is aligned with breath and intention. Energizing, challenging, and deeply grounding.

Yin & stillness: returning to the center
Yin / Restorative Master Class (All Levels)
This closing session turns toward the yin aspect of practice: stillness, receptivity, and deep listening. Inspired by the Tao Te Ching, the class invites participants to slow down and experience balance from the inside out.
Through long-held yin postures, gentle restorative shapes, and spacious pauses, we will explore ideas such as:
“acting without forcing”
meeting sensation with awareness
allowing opposites to coexist
A nourishing practice designed to calm the nervous system, release deep layers of tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.
