The Power of Choice
Weekend Immersion with Nico Luce – Palma de Mallorca
Friday 17 – Sunday 19 April
Every moment offers a choice: to accept what is, to change what can evolve, or to walk away from what no longer serves. In this three-part immersion, we explore how these choices live not only in the mind, but in the nervous system, the breath, and the physical body. Through Yin, meditation, and intelligently structured Vinyasa practices, students will develop clarity, resilience, and embodied discernment. Expect precise functional alignment, progressive sequencing, and contemplative insight — all delivered in an accessible way for curious practitioners of all levels. This weekend is an invitation to refine awareness, build intelligent strength, and reconnect with your inner compass.
Friday – 17 April 18:30 to 20:30
Accept | Yin & Meditation (2 hours)
A deeply grounding Yin and meditation practice focused on nervous system regulation, fascia hydration, and cultivating inner spaciousness. Long-held postures, breath awareness, and guided inquiry support the ability to meet sensations, emotions, and mental patterns without resistance. This session sets the foundation for the weekend by strengthening presence, patience, and compassionate observation — the art of accepting what is.
Saturday – 18 April 10:00 to 12:00
Change | Vinyasa & Backbends (2 hours)
A dynamic, intelligently sequenced Vinyasa practice exploring backbending as a metaphor for transformation and courage. Students will work progressively with spinal mobility, shoulder opening, hip extension, and intelligent load distribution to build safe and sustainable backbends. Emphasis is placed on biomechanics, breath integration, and nervous system adaptability — learning how to create change without force or collapse.
Sunday – 19 April 10:00 to 12:00
Walk Away | Vinyasa & Inversions (2 hours)
This playful yet technically grounded inversion practice explores trust, boundary setting, and the ability to release habitual patterns. Through intelligent preparation, progressive loading, and refined proprioception, students will develop confidence upside down while learning when to engage, pause, or step back. Inversions become a laboratory for discernment: knowing when to commit, when to refine, and when to walk away.
